We offer 1 x 4-hour weekly slot free for 4 weeks, giving you the time to
move clients over steadily and settle into a new space without extra room costs while you transition.
It is a wonderful way to explore whether The Clifton Practice is the right long-term home for your work,
with no tied-in memberships or contracts, a dedicated client waiting area, and a practice run by practitioners.
This offer is available on selected spaces and times, subject to current availability, and is intended for practitioners
who are already seeing clients from another therapy room setting and are looking to make a gradual move.

Prices start at just £11/hour or £38 for a block booking of 4 hours.
Fern Therapy Room
The Fern room is a cosy and welcoming therapy room, ideal for counselling and talking therapies. It features two comfortable armchairs, a desk, and a three-section hydraulic treatment couch, making it suitable for both psychotherapy and hands-on treatments.
Perfect for one-to-one therapy sessions, the room can also accommodate up to three people for small, private sessions.
Willow Therapy Room
The Willow room is a spacious and flexible consulting room, designed for a wide range of therapeutic practices. It includes two large armchairs, a full-size desk for clinical or written work, and a three-section hydraulic treatment couch.
This room is ideal for therapists looking to rent a professional space for one-to-one sessions or small group work.
Jade Therapy Room
The Jade room offers a bright and versatile clinic space, suitable for both talking therapies and physical treatments. It is equipped with a basin, soap and paper towel dispensers, a treatment couch, a desk, and a comfortable seating area.
This well-equipped therapy room is ideal for practitioners requiring a functional and hygienic environment for client sessions or small group work.
Cedar Therapy Room
The Cedar room is one of our largest therapy rooms, offering a flexible and professional environment for a variety of practices. It includes a basin, soap and paper towel dispensers, a treatment couch, a desk, and a comfortable seating area.
Ideal for therapists seeking a larger consulting room to rent, Cedar works well for both individual sessions and small group therapy.
Maple – Group & Workshop Room Hire
The Maple room is a large, multi-purpose space available for hire, accommodating up to 20 people. It is ideal for workshops, training sessions, group therapy, business meetings, and small conferences.
The room includes a 60-inch smart TV, tables, a desk, and flexible seating arrangements to suit your needs.

Each consulting room is thoughtfully furnished with comfortable seating, adjustable treatment couches, blankets, and pillows to create a calm, welcoming, and supportive environment for both practitioners and clients.
Our facilities also include a cosy waiting area and a kitchenette with tea and coffee, helping you maintain a professional and relaxed experience for your clients.
In addition to our therapy rooms, we offer a multi-purpose conference and meeting room for hire, accommodating up to 20 people. This space is ideal for workshops, training sessions, group therapy, and business meetings.

Our Room Rental
We operate a block booking system to ensure consistency for both practitioners and clients, and to allow us to provide dedicated support within the practice.
Our working hours are Monday to Saturday from 9am to 9pm, and Sunday from 9am to 5:30pm. Room bookings are typically arranged in set blocks; however, ad hoc hours (£11.00/Hour) are also available, with a minimum booking of one 4-hour block per month. These can be conveniently reserved up to one month in advance via our online booking system.
